Rigging over a shed and trying out the 500i
Had a fun day with the crew, we bombed some stuff and rigged some also, here’s some clips from today’s work. Wayne was in the bucket, learning about roping and rigging. Jake Is new to the team, he did great roping and cutting today. That 500i really rips, might have to get me one.

Had a good friend ask me to remove one dead limb, there were wires buried near the tree not deep at all, so I had to cut off the stubs and try to land them flat, about 40ft high, and its hot out, what's your price?, cut, drop, no clean up.

I pulled as hard as I could after I show my rigging line set up on this pine tree in the beginning, Then I added my 3:1 system I learned from Bartlett Arborist supply to try and gain maximum gains in pulling this pine over away from the shed and the white pipe sticking out of the ground, It was quite impressive, and a fun day with Clint and Wayne with AA Tree Service. ua-cam.com/video/TGSUTvpio...

I always have a great time working with Clint, He's about as down to earth as they come and makes me laugh all day. He got a contract for a apartment complex and needed an extra hand, he hired several guys who didn't show or showed up drugged out etc. Had a great time, and even got paid.

What you have tied is(3 because you Have 3 strands )anticlockwise half hitches followed by 3 clockwise half hitches.which makes the foot rope knot ,if you then roll the crown down over the wall you get a diamond knot.

@@petershea3131 It sure is a mess, my friend is selling his house and just wanted to get the limbs from over the drive way mostly, if they want it gone when it comes time to sell the house then we will climb it again.

@@TerrellWillams Way better than the 3/8, and if you get the 1/4 chain with 65 drive links you don’t have to modify the bar.

@@TerrellWillams I bought the sprocket for the 2500 from Monkeybeaver and modified the 12” stihl bar for it, I have a video on that.

@AnonbinArymouse-nm4ud We tried to do a face cut and pull over the cracked lead, but the cable attached to that from the main lead held strong, so we had to face cut the whole trunk and send it in one piece, as I had no where to go because of the fence right behind the tree.
